Solutions For Agencies, Engineers & Contractors

  • Looking to diversify services to meet client's growing needs

Trenchless pipe renewal is a rapidly growing market opportunity that offers a value-added means of differentiating your services from those of your competitors. RELINE’s ultraviolet light (UV) cured in place equipment, spirally wound, glass-fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) and other products (CIPP) offer a superior engineered system with significant advantages over competitive alternatives. Older, legacy pipe lining technologies are becoming highly commoditized and increasingly difficult to develop the economies of scale required to profitably compete with entrenched competitors. UV CIPP lining is poised to disrupt the established North American pipe rehabilitation market, with a technology that has gone from 20% market share to 70% market share in Europe over a recent 5 year period. RELINE™ provides comprehensive training and certification to assist with the start-up of your in-house lining crew, and we continue to provide industry leading support after the sale.

  • Adding UV CIPP lining capabilities with your own crews

Multiple agencies have discovered that having in-house construction capacity helps to timely and more reliably manage their maintenance and renewal needs. Even in agencies where the bulk of pipe rehabilitation efforts are out-sourced to general contractors, having the ability to manage at least 20% of the pipe lining needs in-house can assist an agency with consent decree schedule compliance and with managing emergency needs in a timely and affordable manner. Because of the comparatively limited influence of variable environmental conditions upon a successful UV cure (as opposed to a thermal curing system) together with the advanced quality controls designed and built into the RELINE™ system (including our award winning QUALITY-TRACKER SYSTEM™ software), your agency’s existing in-house maintenance personnel can be readily trained and certified to successfully install RELINE’s ALPHALINER® UV CIPP liners. RELINE™ provides comprehensive training and certification to assist with the start-up of your in-house lining crew, and we continue to provide support after the sale. RELINE™ currently sells ALPHALINER® UV CIPP liners for successful in-house installation programs to agencies in both metro-markets and in small rural communities.
